The placing of an order constitutes an acceptance of our terms of business.
Copyright - It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that all material placed with ProPrintsOnline/Spectrum is free from any copyright claims and to indemnify us against any such claims.
Colour Matching – Our work flow is fully colour managed and will detect both imbedded and tagged profiles but files without profiles will assigned with a default input profile of sRGB which may cause unexpected results. All our machines are calibrated to the tightest processing controls however minor batch variations are to be expected.
Liability - No responsibility will be accepted for indirect or consequential loss from late or incorrect delivery.
VAT - Vat will be added to all prices at the current rate except where stated.

Delivery
We delivery to England, Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland by royal mail recorded delivery service.
Any claims of return or damage will need to be reported within 24 hours after the reception of goods, and returned in their original state. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the product, and all accepted claims will be handled with the highest priority.
Any lost or damaged claims due to transport and/or shipping shall be directed towards the delivering company and are not the responsibility of Spectrum Photographic Ltd.
Current prices apply to all orders and over-rule any previous prices that may have been provided.
All prices are applicable with the reservation of any pricing errors that may be given by our system. The price list provided under the "Prices" column is the applicable default price list
